**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective communication and message delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records and information.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental office efficiently.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure a productive office environment.
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $16.55-$23.72 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
