**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in preparing vehicles for repair and refinishing. Your attention to detail and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch automotive repair services. If you are passionate about automobiles, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the skills necessary to prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as necessary
- Sand, mask, and prepare surfaces for painting
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the painting team to achieve excellent finish quality
- Always follow safety protocols and best practices

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a Body Shop environment and knowledge of painting and refinishing techniques
- Knowledge of vehicle construction, parts, and repair methods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of painting and refinishing techniques
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
