Maintenance Technician

**RÉSUMÉ**:
Relevant de notre directeur de la maintenance et de la sécurité, nous recherchons un technicien de maintenance pour rejoindre notre équipe de maintenance en pleine croissance.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Développer, suivre et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) liées à la maintenance.
- Effectuer l’entretien préventif tel que les tests et le dépannage sur divers équipements et machines, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter:
- Unités de traitement d’air (AHU) et systèmes CVC
- Supports de production et lampes de croissance
- Plomberie et systèmes d’irrigation
- Équipement de sécurité des installations (stations de lavage des yeux, extincteurs, etc.)
- Identifiez les besoins en entretien et en réparation, en documentant les constatations et en les escaladant au besoin.
- Respecter et promouvoir les procédures de sécurité de l’entreprise, les politiques et les bonnes pratiques de production (GPP/GMP).
- Effectuer des visites quotidiennes de l’établissement pour identifier les lacunes; Réglez les problèmes directement ou faites remonter les choses à la direction.
- Effectuer des tâches routinières telles que:
- Changement des filtres CVC
- Réparations de plomberie de base (déboucher les drains, réparer les fuites)
- Remplacement d’ampoules/luminaires
- Maintenir des espaces de travail propres et sécuritaires
- Répondez rapidement aux ordres de travail liés à la maintenance et aux demandes d’urgence.
- Aider à maintenir des registres d’entretien, des dossiers d’inspection et des documents de service précis.
- Utilisez en toute sécurité les outils, les échelles et la machinerie légère nécessaires aux tâches d’entretien.
- Surveillez les niveaux d’inventaire des fournitures d’entretien et avissez le gestionnaire de département lorsqu’un réapprovisionnement est nécessaire.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches liées à l’installation selon ce que le directeur de la maintenance juge nécessaire.
**FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE**:
- 2+ ans d’expérience dans un rôle de maintenance
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme d’éducation générale (GED)
- Doit posséder des compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Une grande attention aux détails, la résolution de problèmes et le suivi sont nécessaires
- Il doit être autonome avec un haut degré d’initiative, de flexibilité et de professionnalisme
- Posséder des connaissances en matière de santé et sécurité
- Capacité à suivre des instructions orales et écrites et à maintenir des relations de travail efficaces et coopératives
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des documents tels que les règles de sécurité, les instructions d’exploitation et d’entretien, ainsi que les manuels de procédures

**SUMMARY**:
Reporting to our Director of Maintenance and Security, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing Maintenance team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop, follow, and maintain maintenance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform preventative maintenance such as testing and troubleshooting on various equipment and machines, including but not limited to:
- Air handling units (AHUs) and HVAC systems
- Production racking and grow lights
- Plumbing and irrigation systems
- Facility safety equipment (eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Recognize maintenance and repair needs, documenting findings and escalating as needed.
- Adhere to and promote company safety procedures, policies, and Good Production Practices (GPP/GMP).
- Conduct daily facility walkarounds to identify deficiencies; address issues directly or escalate to management.
- Perform routine tasks such as:
- Changing HVAC filters
- Basic plumbing repairs (unclogging drains, fixing leaks)
- Replacing light bulbs/fixtures
- Maintaining clean and safe workspaces
- Respond promptly to maintenance-related work orders and emergency requests.
- Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and service documentation.
- Safely operate tools, ladders, and light machinery required for maintenance tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and notify the department manager when replenishment is needed.
- Perform other facility-related tasks as deemed necessary by the Director of Maintenance.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role
