**The Role**:
In the Junior Invoicing Specialist role, your primary duty will be to invoice PROLINK’s personal insurance policies. As the role develops, your responsibilities may include providing invoicing support to PROLINK’s commercial departments. You will be reporting to the Director of Broker Productivity and Education.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing new business and renewal insurance policies; policy changes; reconciliations and cancellations;
- Collaborating with Invoicing Specialists on policy-related administrative tasks;
- Assisting with special projects as needed, including updating documentation and preparing reports.

**The Requirements**:

- **Education**:Completion of Post-Secondary Education;
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of invoicing experience or related roles in an insurance brokerage or insurance company is strongly preferred; exposure to underwriting is not required;
- **Skills**: The ability to multi-task in a high transaction volume environment; prioritization skills; an aptitude for numbers and an eye for detail are extremely important;
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word);
- **Attitude**: A positive attitude with the flexibility to support the team with any ad-hoc needs.
