The **Field Operations Coordinator (FOC)** **(18 Month Contract)** provides operational support to the Sr. Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to ensure adherence to brand standards and delivery of the Perfect Guest Experience. The FOC executes an objective, unbiased and a quality brand standard review and cites recommended actions; and communicates the results to the Restaurant owner/leader and Sr. BDM. The FOC champions people, and has a focus on culture, values, training through core programs and processes. The FOC may also be called on to assist the brand or specific restaurants with part of their Business Development Plan to rectify issues that affect the delivery of the Perfect Guest Experience. Will be required to assist in New Restaurant Openings, renovations, conversions and closures of both franchise and corporate locations as required. Travel within defined regions is frequent, outside defined regions may be occasional.

**What will you do in this role**:

- Review restaurants against a brand standards audit; a full review of Front of the House, Heart of the House, Security, Associate Relations, Pest Control and Food Safety
- Observe, assess and scored based on the pre-set brand standards audit ROE and Operational Checklist
- Identify gaps, opportunities, root causes and communicate the results to the restaurant owner/leader and Sr. BDM
- Identify, coach and develop agreed upon action plans with the restaurant owner/leader and Sr. BDM (CIP)
- Review restaurants against brand speed of service targets and assist restaurants to remedy gaps
- Communicate and share during audits, brand standards and available resources that assist the restaurant owner/leader to remedy the gaps
- Coach and support restaurants with supervisor training and compliance through Axonify and RMS
- Champion people, culture and values by leveraging core programs and processes that support the talent and training agenda
- Leverages hourly training tools, Axonify, Operational Brand Standards, Restaurant Leadership Certification resources
- Flag key issues raised during the audit to the Sr. BDM for their follow up protocol
- Prepare for audits by being knowledgeable in a previous restaurant's audit results and Scorecards metrics and past food safety results. Flag any ongoing actions that have not been addressed
- Identify and present regional trends in gaps and best practices to the Sr. BDM and at regional and brand meetings
- Support New Store Openings, Renovations, Conversions or Closures, as required across franchise and corporate locations
- Passion for the Restaurants business
**What are we looking for from you?**:

- Post-Secondary Education is preferred
- 3+ years in a supervisory or management role is preferred
- Work is performed at various restaurants
- This is a field level role, requiring visits to locations within a defined region 75% of the time
- Occasional travel outside the defined region, including overnight travel, may be required 10% of the time
- This role supports the Ontario Golden Horseshoe and South Western Ontario Windsor
