**About the role**

We are looking to hire a landscape Foreman who will be supervising and performing general landscaping tasks including planting, placing sod, operating equipment, hardscaping & irrigation. You will be responsible for the overall success of landscaping projects and maintaining high quality standards and safety.

**Hourly Pay Range: $38.00-43.00/per hour.**

- Maintain installation efficiency by managing team workflow and providing on-site support.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Performing general landscaping duties: planting, placing sod, hardscape, grading yards, ordering materials.
- Coordinating with irrigation installers to ensure proper scheduling and installation.
- Installation of various hardscape features (i.e. pavers, block walls).
- Supervising landscape crew and ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications.
- Project Planning to determine work schedules, resource requirements and establish project timelines.
- Operating equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, grading, and trimmers.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**What we’re looking for**
- 2-5 years of landscaping or relevant experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with hardscape & irrigation installation required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
