**Landscape Construction Laborer**

**About the Role**
House 2 Home Landscaping is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape Construction Laborers to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you’ll work under the supervision of a Foreman to complete landscape construction projects with precision, safety, and professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Foreman and Crew Leader in the installation of landscape construction projects.
- Perform physical installation work, including hardscape, softscape, and structural features.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Care for and properly use company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Operate machinery such as compactors, augers, sprayers, cutoff saws, and masonry saws.
- Record time accurately and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism on-site.
- Be flexible and ready to learn new skills as projects vary.
- Attend training sessions as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Experience with hardscape installation (paving stones, retaining walls, grading, fencing, etc.) is an asset.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50-100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Steel-toed boots required; First Aid certification is an asset.
- Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasonal periods (occasional weekends or holidays).

**Examples of Work**
- Construct cement block retaining walls.
- Install paving stones and prepare grades for residential or commercial properties.
- Install sod, artificial turf, and plantings (trees, shrubs, etc.).
- Assist with heavy equipment operation.
- Install and paint panel fencing.
- Perform additional tasks as projects require.

**Compensation & Benefits**

Pay: $17.75-$25.07 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
