- The Corporate Event Planner will be a part of the Events Team to help manage various external & internal events (virtual, in-person and/or hybrid) from concept to completion.**You Are Great At**
- Be responsible, individually and as a team member, for the meeting planning of conferences, tradeshows & other events (annual conferences, incentive trips and sales meetings) involving all aspects pre & post planning
- Prepare budgets, manage revenue/expenses and reconciliation of expenses
- Source, contract and manage external vendors
- Work with internal resources and stakeholders in the execution of projects
- Develop and manage work plans
- Involvement with site selections
- Tradeshow logistics, i.e. sponsorship, booth design, layout, meetings, speaking engagement
- Support the client relationship by handling the logistics involved with the flawless execution of meeting or event details
- Support collaborative relationships with other internal departments and effectively meet deadlines established with the execution of a specific meeting or event. Prepare meeting function specifications.
- Provide on-site support during the execution of meetings and events
- Research venues, support agenda and content development, oversee registration needs, plan menus, on-site logistics and any exhibit requests
- Assist with transfer and travel requirements
- Assist with hotel rooming lists
- Assist with VIP requirements

**What It Takes**
- 3-5 years event planning experience (preferably in a high tech environment)
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills along with the ability to work towards strict deadlines & multiple projects
- Excellent financial management skills, attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel & PPT
- Cvent knowledge
- 25% travel required (both domestic and international)
