**REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE (25-0000411)**

**Status: Full Time TEMPORARY**
**Department: Evergreen**
**Site: SJ Health Centre**
**Shifts: Days/Evenings/Nights including weekends. (Day/ Night: 7-7 shifts)**
**Rate of Pay: $34.86 - 35.30** per hour**

**Qualifications**:

- Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Scope of Practice must include physical assessment and pharmacology
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid Certificates
- Experience working with people with a serious mental illness and an intellectual disability and/or concurrent addiction issues
- Extensive knowledge, skills and experience in community assessment, psychosocial rehabilitation and treatment, crisis management and recovery
- Mental health experience required. Knowledge of psychiatric illnesses/diagnosis, treatment, PSR/recovery
- Level 1 Food Safety Course
- Excellent skills in reasoning, problem-solving, decision making and workload organization
- Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
- Class G Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with adequate insurance
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work and adherence to SJCG Principles of Conduct
