**Department: Geriatric Assessment & Rehabilitative Care**
**Site: St. Joseph's Hospital**
**Shifts: Days/Evenings including weekends**
**Rate of Pay: $35.505 - $38.163**per hour**
***Qualifications**:

- Current Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Current CPR
- Current physical assessment and pharmacology courses
- Clinical knowledge and demonstrated ability to work with designated population
- Excellent interprofessional team skills
- Must work within the full scope of practice as an RPN
- Background in Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments and experience working with seniors considered an asset.
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
