**Position Summary**:
The **Crew & Logistics Coordinator** is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supporting crew resources for events and warehouse operations at invert720 productions_. _Working closely with the Production and Warehouse teams, this role ensures that every event is staffed appropriately, equipment and transport logistics are organized efficiently, and that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate event staffing using crew scheduling software and internal databases (e.g., CrewDriver or equivalent).
- Communicate crew bookings, call times, and job details clearly and promptly.
- Track crew availability and maintain up-to-date records of contact information, certifications, and positions.
- Support Production Managers with crew planning and changes as event details evolve.
- Coordinate trucking logistics, including vehicle scheduling, load-out timelines, and driver assignments.
- Book travel and accommodations for crew and staff as required.
- Assist in onboarding new freelancers and employees, including orientation and policy acknowledgment.
- Review and reconcile crew timesheets for accuracy prior to payroll processing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for event logistics and crew documentation.
- Participate in professional development and maintain a strong working knowledge of invert720’s systems, workflows, and event procedures.
- Other duties as required to support the success of the Operations and Production teams.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience coordinating staff, logistics, or event operations preferred.
- Familiarity with live event production and AV terminology considered an asset.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and crew scheduling or logistics software.

**Work Conditions**
- Standard 40-hour work week with flexibility for extended hours, weekends, or on-call scheduling during event periods.
- Combination of office and warehouse environment with occasional onsite event visits.
- Operation of computers, phones, and scheduling software daily.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
