**What We're Looking For**:

- Assist the General Manager in leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Support the management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Assist in developing strategies to achieve financial goals, optimize profitability, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized experiences and attentive service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing training and development opportunities for the team.
- Uphold high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our offerings and enhance guest experiences.

**Qualifications**
- 1 year or more of proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices related to food handling and preparation.
- Experience with supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
