**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. **Duties**
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
- Process transactions accurately through the cash register, ensuring efficient checkout experiences.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with product selections, offering recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including the checkout stations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.

**Skills**
- Must be able to make decisions regarding customer issues and communicate effectively with other staff members
- Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Strong sales abilities with experience in retail sales or technology sales preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous cashiering experience is advantageous for managing payments efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for shoppers.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with technology products is beneficial for assisting tech-savvy customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.28 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 45 per week
