**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, packaging, and labeling of all shipments according to industry practices and using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
- Package and prepare door hardware, wood doors, steel doors, and frames for installation, delivery, or customer pickup.
- Perform inventory counts using the company ERP software.
- Recognize and communicate areas to improve, to the Operations Supervisor.
- Sorting stock materials from job materials.
- Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc.
- Call customers or carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a shipping and receiving role.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Ability to follow verbal or written instructions and work under little or no supervision.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Business Central, WMS experience, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both individually or within a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to stick to tasks that may be repetitive in nature.
