At ServiceMaster Restore Winnipeg, you’ll clean, restore, and protect clients’ belongings — helping them regain comfort, safety, and peace of mind after fire, water, or mould damage. Every item you handle and every space you restore makes a real difference.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead a team to complete work orders safely and efficiently.
- Pack, clean, sanitize, and deodorize contents damaged by water, smoke, or fire.
- Clean residential and commercial properties affected by disasters, including post-construction and office spaces.
- Record, track, and warehouse customer contents with accuracy and care.
- Participate in the remediation and restoration of damaged properties.
- Join the on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry, including team leadership.
- Commercial and residential cleaning experience.
- Experience in post-construction and office cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately track and manage clients’ belongings.
- Ability to wear full PPE when required.
- Current IICRC FSRT and/or CPT certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and successful criminal background check.

**Assets / Optional Qualifications**
- Additional IICRC certifications such as OCT, WRT, CCT, UFT.
- Experience with contents tracking software (Encircle or Assured Packout).
- Experience cleaning and sanitizing restoration equipment.
- Remediation and rebuild experience.
- First Aid Certification.
