We specialize in premium, fibre-safe cleaning with advanced low-moisture + dry compound systems designed for customers who care about their homes and expect a high-end service experience. **What you’ll do**: - Arrive on time, in uniform, with a clean and professional appearance - Walk the customer through the job on arrival to confirm scope/pricing (no surprises) - Perform premium carpet cleaning using our low-moisture/dry systems and multi-step processes - Offer helpful add-ons when needed (not pushy—just honest, professional advice) - Collect payment during the job when appropriate and ensure receipts/confirmations are sent - Maintain van cleanliness, equipment care, and end-of-day readiness for the next job - Log job notes and results so the office/CRM stays accurate and organized - Represent the brand well enough that customers want to leave a 5-star review **What we are looking for**: - Strong customer service + communication (you’re confident speaking with homeowners) - Dependable, coachable, and accountable (checklists don’t scare you) - Physically capable (lifting equipment, stairs, moving efficiently all day) - Comfortable working independently and staying organized - Valid driver’s license + clean driving habits - Experience is an asset (carpet cleaning, detailing, restoration, duct cleaning, trades, customer service), but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. **Pay + incentives (built for high performers)** We reward technicians who show up sharp, work efficiently, and take care of customers. - Base pay: typically $18-$35/hr to start (based on experience) plus commission after successful completion of training. - Tips: After successful completion of training. - Bonuses: cash bonuses for 5-star Google reviews - Value add-on earnings: additional percentage payout on service upgrades - As you improve your speed, quality, and customer handling, your income rises. **Schedule** - Full-time preferred - Weekends may be required during busy seasons - You’ll get a schedule, clear expectations, and a system that supports you **What you get** - Training on premium processes and equipment - A company that’s built on systems - Opportunity for fast advancement, to grow into lead tech / trainer / supervisor - A team culture built around professionalism, pride, and performance - Uniform: Your first uniform is provided.
