Smart AMS Inc. is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization that provides technical services to support all aspects of aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul and technical assessments. Smart AMS Inc. focus is to provide a one-stop maintenance to help our customers meet their operational goals. **Job Type**: Stores Clerk, Full-time position: 40 hours/week - Responsible for the receiving, shipping, and inspection of aircraft parts. - Ensure that all receiving, and shipping records comply with the company Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM). - Control quarantine stores as per company's policy. - Properly issue and retrieve tools to and from aircraft mechanics to support production. - Review tool calibration reports and tool calibration dates. - Maintain inventory including shelf life and counts" in the job description section **Requirements**: - High school diploma or training in a field related to the position (aerospace industry). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Valid Driver’s License - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively, in addition, must be able to meet physical demands of an environment where you will be walking, climbing, and bending repetitively. - Dangerous goods certified/trained is an asset. - Inventory management accredited program is an asset. - Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack is an asset. - Comfortability working with hand tools is an asset. - Previous warehouse and inventory experience is an asset - An ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail, ability to meet regular deadlines and effective time management is required **Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual **Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Flextime - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay
