**Administrative Assistant / Receptionist**
We are seeking an experienced and reliable part-time staff to join our team either at our **Burnaby Campus **(**#112 - 5021 Kingsway**) or **Coquitlam Campus** (**#220 - 1024 Ridgeway Avenue**).

**Qualifications**:

- Must available to work _**in-person**_
- Must speak _**Korean **_fluently (mandatory)
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in admin related field is an asset, but not required, training will be provided
- Able to efficiently communicate with parents and staffs
- Recommend to have Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices are an asset

**Work Hours**
- Qualified applicants should be able to work between **11:00am** to **8:00pm** on **weekdays** and **9:00am** to **6:00pm** on **Saturdays**.
- Working hours may vary according to the needs of the department
- Part-time to full-time/permanent position can be discussed after the probation period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
