**IT Help Desk Technician**
will work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure optimum servicing to our Farmers, Processors and other Stakeholders by handling a high volume of inbound calls/requests for service in a friendly and professional manner.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide desktop support relating to computers, hardware, software and mobile devices for staff and Board of Directors
- Logging and updating calls on the CFO Service Desk - Jira Service Management promptly and accurately with the outcomes of problem investigations, diagnosis, and solutions.
- Responsible for maintenance of the asset inventory, including computer hardware, software, and peripherals such as printers, telephones, and other office technology ensuring in line with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Ensuring employees are kept updated on any outstanding IT issues with clear and concise communication.
- Set up and pre-configure new devices with Windows Autopilot, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Manage Endpoint Security utilizing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune
- Review monthly Mobile usage for data and alerts for usage outside of expected norms.
- Create and update documentation for standard processes.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to coordinate the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software systems.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Key Skills/Knowledge Required:
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Excellent customer service and client-facing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Defender Endpoint, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Windows Autopilot
- Experience with Office 365 & Azure Administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Basic networking skills e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN
- Experience with Jira ticketing systems and documenting support interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues. Establishes deep relationships at all levels within IT and business units.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Proven ability to communicate with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
- Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
- Curiosity and passion to constantly learn new things; CFO changes fast, and we need the people who work here to be able to change and learn fast too.
