- Assists the Director of Resident Care with coordinating the day-to-day direct care operations of the faith-based care home
- Monitors nursing and care standards of RNs, LPNs, and RCAs; mentors staff and organizes workloads
- Coordinates resident admissions/discharges, health needs and care plans
- Liaises with physicians and other health professionals, families and residents
- Prepares various reports for internal and external submissions

- Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and experience with medication management
- Familiarity with the needs and challenges of individuals in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies for supporting individuals with memory loss
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members

Pay: $7,025.00-$10,095.00 per month
