We are currently seeking a **Clinical Reception Lead** to join our team full-time. This is a key leadership position responsible for the smooth daily operation of the clinic’s front desk and client services.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead front desk operations and maintain a smooth daily workflow
- Greet clients, check them in/out, and manage appointment flow
- Coordinate practitioner schedules across multiple disciplines
- Process payments and handle insurance billing accurately
- Train and support reception team members (if applicable)
- Monitor inventory and office supply needs
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment
- Report reception metrics and client flow trends to management

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of reception or administrative experience (clinic or wellness setting preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong asset
- Experience with JaneApp or similar scheduling software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Confident handling insurance billing and payment processing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused attitude
