Reporting to the Marketing Director, as the Marketing Content Supervisor, you are part of a team responsible for bringing the brand vision to life through compelling content that propels our brand voice into the future. You accomplish this by creating focus for content creation and purposeful use of content to support the overarching brand vision. You will be responsible for the planning and developing of captivating content that enhances our customers’ experience both online and in store.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create content that supports the brand's tone of voice;
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership team to determine quantitative and qualitative objectives for content messaging;
- Develop annual and long term communication and content strategy plans;
- Evaluate and measure effectiveness of overall content including setting key performance indicators, monitoring statistics, feedback and participation;
- participate in identifying key influencers, bloggers and partners;
- Manage, create and link content assets;

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**
- University degree in Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 3 years experience in content marketing, content development;
- Bilingual, French and English - written and spoken.
