Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to any customer requests or modifications
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils, Washrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all health code regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food service procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Understanding of upselling techniques to increase sales
- Proficiency in handling various types of payment methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
