**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Head Server will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing the dining experience, and leading the serving staff. This position requires a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate the serving staff to ensure efficient service during meal periods.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Assist in training new servers on menu offerings, service techniques, and restaurant policies.
- Manage guest interactions, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Experience in a restaurant setting with a solid understanding of food service operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficient in bartending skills is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also taking initiative when needed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
