**Job Title: Family Physician**

As a Family Physician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages. You will be the cornerstone of our medical team, delivering high-quality care, building lasting relationships with patients, and promoting wellness in the community. Your expertise and compassionate approach will empower patients to lead healthier lives while you navigate their medical needs with confidence and precision.

**What you’ll do**
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans that address both immediate health concerns and long-term wellness goals.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as psychiatry, endocrinology, and cardiology to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide preventive care services including immunizations, health coaching, and screenings for chronic diseases.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices in areas like gastroenterology, dermatology, and pediatrics.
- Engage in patient education regarding lifestyle modifications, family planning, and mental health support.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to advancements in family medicine.

**Basic qualifications**
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice as a Family Physician IN ONTARIO
- Proficiency in EHR systems and familiarity with EMR systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience with critical care management and inpatient services
- Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD coding for accurate billing practices
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote patient consultations
- Background in behavioral health or addiction counseling

Pay: $131,083.83-$455,844.21 per year
