We are professional, agile, and innovative, and our goal is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to residents of Gloucester and the surrounding areas in Ottawa.

Our work environment includes:

**Due to the exceptional nature of the authorization, the Ministry has provided the stipulation that new members must not already be enrolled in another PEM (FHG, FHO, CCM, etc.), or if they have been in the past, must have a minimum of 12 months of consecutive FFS billing history in the last year.**

This FHO is eligible for the Income Stabilization Program for newer physicians, meaning your pay is protected while you get your roster up and running. There are hundreds of patients on the clinic waitlist who have registered their interest in enrolling with a family physician and we can't keep up with demand

We have links to the University of Ottawa and teaching opportunities would be supported.

**Job Type**:

- Family practice
- Part-time or Full-time
- Optional evenings
- Optional weekends

**EMR**: Oscar
- English is required
- French or Arabic language(s) is an asset
- FHO model
- Overhead covers our own costs and is equivalent to around 75/25 split for physicians working 80-90% FTE

**Salary**: $200,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
