TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

**Operational responsibilities**
- Identify and approach new customers and boutiques according to the strategy established by the Sales Director
- Coordinate and participate in sales shows as required
- Participate in the selection process for new boutiques
- Manage the onboarding of new sales locations

**Customer support**
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders and services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Track and resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and efficiently

**Administrative responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, invoices and contracts according to established procedures
- Maintain up-to-date customer files
- Collaborate with client procurement departments to position MINI TIPI as an approved vendor
- Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management

The individual is committed to gaining a thorough understanding of the products and nuances of the company's offering.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

**Mandatory**
- Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken
- 3 years' experience in a similar position or in a position with transferable skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Familiarity with Google suite (sheets, doc, drive)
- Proficiency in Excel

**Preferred**
- Degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or related field
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and Cin 7 Core software
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales
- CRM knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of indigenous culture

**Qualities**

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity, initiative and perseverance
- Entrepreneurial, action-oriented attitude
- Good listening skills
- Ability to facilitate communication

WORKING CONDITIONS and ADVANTAGES
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- Work week ending at 2pm on Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
