**Duties and Responsibilities of Supervisor for Landscape Maintenance**
- Leading a team maintaining beautiful landscapes in Surrey, WhiteRock and Langley.
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment.
- High level of customer service.
- Strive to complete high-quality work.
- Plan and organize daily tasks for your crew.
- Communicate plans and progress reports.
- Provide training, instruction, and feedback to staff.
- Provide friendly, helpful, professional customer service.
- Ensure safe work practices.

**Duties and Responsibilities of Supervisor for Landscape Installation and Service**
- Install high quality softscapes materials including plants, soils/mulches, and sod. Install high quality hardscape material including paving stones, natural stone, retaining walls, and wood work.
- Operating equipment including stone saw, skill saw, plate compactor etc.
- Plan, organize and communicate daily tasks for crew.
- Complete progress reports and work orders with mobile device.
- Provide training, instruction, and feedback to staff.
- Provide friendly, helpful, professional customer service.
- Ensure safe work practices.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in the landscape industry in a leadership role in landscape maintenance or installations.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with clean drivers abstract.
- Industry accreditation _(preferred)._
- Level 1 First Aid.
