Landscape Supervisor

Surrey, Canada Proper Landscaping Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Supervision of 2 - 5 staff members
- Be able to and have experience with driving Truck and Trailer
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Supervise and train other landscape technicians
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
- Knowledge of plant material and pesticide License and Asset

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance 2 years
- Reliable and have a god driving record
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong leadership skills to supervise a team of technicians
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
