Implementation Coordinator

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to priceline customers - so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

With our best travel technology solutions, working with the Business teams and exploring other solutions with our Development team, this role is a big deal in the success and growth of our partner solutions network.

This role requires technical ability and communication skills to work with Partners directly and communicate their requirements to internal and external stakeholders

Our aim is to consistently ensure an industry leading Partner experience.

In this role you will get to:
- Be a technology guru to our Business team and Partners in order to deliver the best travel deals and customer experience- Interact with new and existing Partners in various formats, to help identify the best PPS travel API solutions- Experience the full cycle of the Implementation, from onboarding, development, post launch and growth- Be at the forefront of the action in solving any issues brought by our Partners.- Focus on improving processes, and quick response times to ensure speed to market and seamless Partner launches.- Identify key indicators that makes a successful API integration

Who you are:
- Someone who enjoys working with Partners to achieve greatness- TEAM TEAM TEAM Must enjoy and thrive working with internal/external teams to achieve the absolute best result- Not afraid to interact with team members from all departments to jumpstart your career and become the guru on PPS API travel solutions- Comfortable in using RESTful APIs and associated technologies like OpenAPISpec, Postman, JSONSchema, and HTTP- Enjoys analyzing technical data tools for the benefit of improving the Partner and Customer experience- Understands the importance of having a successful onboarding process- Previous salesforce/CRM experience a definite asset- Strong organizational skills to support multiple Partners in different stages of the Partner lifecycle- Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.- The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life. Flexible work at Priceline
- Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
