Our exceptional service component is delivered through an innovative service structure we call our "Success Teams". This vacancy is for our Central Canada Success Team. In line with our purpose, the Implementation Specialists work with offices from the time the sale is closed until live and working with part or all of our product suite. While the majority of training is completed over a remote connection, travel opportunities are 1 - 2 weeks per month on average across Canada when we're not in COVID travel restrictions. As part of their responsibilities, the Implementation Specialists are completing most or all of the following items, usually with several offices on the go at various stages of completion: - Coordinating installation of software with office’s tech and our in-house tech, may involve office’s tech with hardware - Managing each sale that is assigned to your region as an on-going project - Interviewing Office Manager regarding current office processes to customize the database and training for the office - Ordering / coordinating various add on services to be installed or deployed for the office, some are in-house orders others require outside processing - Evaluating training time purchased vs office needs, discussing with the sales person and the office if changes are required - Prepping and delivering training specific to the office’s purchase and needs. Prep can include booking flights, hotel, etc for onsite training. - Post training paperwork - summary of training, Continuing Education, onsite summaries Our Implementation Specialists are an integral part of our QA department, with a strong impact on the quality of and features incorporated / developed in our products. They are uniquely placed at the forefront of both requests and development to follow items from idea to reality. To accomplish this, Implementation Specialists will post items to programming complete with description of desired functionality and when ready, test items in a timely manner to provide feedback on the development of the software. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $40,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care - Wellness program - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: We are primarily working from home with some staff in our office.
