**Job Summary**
We are a well-established aluminum and glazing company specializing in commercial projects. We’re seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep schedules on track
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare bid packages and participate in tender submissions

**Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in estimating and project management in the glass or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Project, PlanSwift)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
