Our client is an established, privately held manufacturer of custom precast concrete products, proudly serving the construction and infrastructure sector for more than 80 years. Known for quality, reliability, and a collaborative team culture, the organization continues to grow and is seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Project Manager & Estimator to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about the industry, excels at building lasting partnerships, and is skilled at managing projects from concept through completion. The Project Manager & Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring successful delivery and installation of precast solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate estimates for custom precast concrete products.

- Manage awarded projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to align products with customer needs.

- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates and proactive issue resolution.

- Create project drawings using AutoCAD and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and compliance throughout delivery.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a related technical field.

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management Technology, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of construction drawings, municipal standards, and installation requirements.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with ERP or CRM systems.

- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
