Port Coquitlam, Canada La Boulangerie (Poco) Full time

La Boulangerie (Poco) located in Port Coquitlam is looking for a full time baker. We specialize in croissants so experience mixing, laminating ,cutting, and baking is required.

This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team with efficiency in a fast paced environment.

At least 2 Years of baking experience required.(Croissants, bread and baked goods)

This position requires working early morning shifts, from 4am to 7 am depending on the production load that day.

Job responsibilities;
- Measures or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings or toppings, using scales or graduated containers.
- Make and bake different types of croissants/baked goods.
- Laminate dough,cut and roll croissants.
- Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment including: ovens, mixers, proofer, floors, freezer, and refrigerators.
- Pack frozen croissants.

Specific requirements:

- Has bakery experience (2 years minimum)
- Has a food safe certificate
- **Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday**:

- legally authorized to work in Canada
- **Must be able to work sometimes at 4 am**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.43-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
