**about the FP&A team**:
FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. a day in the life
Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, the Financial Analyst - Supply Chain is responsible for the execution of all financial planning and analysis activities supporting our North America Fulfillment Supply Chain team:

- Key strategic partner to the North America Fulfillment Supply Chain team, leading them through annual operating budget process and monthly rolling forecast associated with outbound freight for retail stores and overhead SG&A
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly variance analysis and communicate to FP&A team leadership and senior business partners
- Proactively partner with the business to understand the link between operations and financial results to provide business insights

qualifications
- 3 years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments.
- Retail industry experience is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.
- CPA or MBA is an asset.
- Oracle Hyperion or large financial planning software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong financial background; expert knowledge of Excel is required; working knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
- Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

In-person collaboration is important, andmuch of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3days per week.
