**A little bit about you**
Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager and supported by a dedicated team of customer care professionals, the Bilingual Sales Support Specialist, will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers
- Performing order entry and reverse entry processes
- Answering questions about shipping, pricing, and other customer queries
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their design
- Collaborating with our Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to meet project deliverables
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and are satisfied at the end of the transaction
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- 3+ years of Customer Care experience preferably in a Logistics, Supply Chain industry, or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Strong skills in Office Suite (Word, Excel) and prior exposure to inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task using good judgment to exceed customer expectations.
- Capacity to stay calm under pressure to achieve optimal results.
- Shows resilience in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Willing to ask questions to find the answers you need.
- Strong relational and influential skills.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
- Positive team attitude and ability to prioritize your work.
