**Job Title: Lab Technician - Quality Control & Concrete Testing (Permanent, Full-Time)**
**Location: Brantford, ON**
**Shift: Day Shift**
**Industry: Chemical/Construction / Materials Testing**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform concrete and aggregate testing in accordance with applicable standards (CSA, ASTM, etc.)
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to product quality
- Maintain detailed records and logs for traceability and audit purposes

**Qualifications**:

- 4-5 years of experience in a similar **lab technician role** within the **construction or materials testing industry**:

- Strong background in **quality control** and **concrete testing**:

- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures, standards, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
