If you have passion for cooking this is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to work in a culinary driven environment. Our hotel kitchen is looking for experienced cook. If you can work in a clean, high paced fun atmosphere then this is for you
- Must have Food Handlers
- Prepare proper food quantities based on forecasted occupancy
- Understand and adhere to company’s policies and processes, cooking methods, standard portion sizes, and kitchen rules and quality standards
- Ensure work station area, including shelves, tables, grills fryers, broilers, cookers convection oven, sauté burners, refrigeration equipment, and flat top range are kept cleaned and sanitized always following safety and sanitation policies and processes of the company
- Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed
- Maintain food at proper temperatures and following standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Set up, restock and maintain food preparation areas
- Prepare foods in accordance with working menus and recipe cards
- Have passion for service, positive energy and great food
- Good communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time or Full time

**Salary**: $15.00
