**Cook, Banquets & Catering**

APC is seeking Cooks to work in Banquets, who will report to the Banquet Chef. As a Cook, your main objective is to prepare and present menu items as set out by the Chef ensuring safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all aspects of your work. This position is responsible for working the whole line of the kitchen including the preparation and presentation of both hot and cold menu items set out by the Chef.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of kitchen procedures.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while attending to details and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered and on the job training will be provided.
