As a Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction, and driving membership growth. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire. Club Promotional Marketing - We love creative guerrilla marketing We use traditional marketing strategies (TV, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer creativity. A good understanding of the use of social media is a plus. Community Involvement - We love being part of the local community, even if that means working Saturdays. There are countless opportunities to get out of the club and promote our business. We actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community sponsored events. Team Building - Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to success in the position. Your core team consists of personal trainers and part-time staff. Club Operations - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and member retention. Monitor and manage the gym budget, including expenses and revenue. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will monitor and maintain equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed. You will drive performance by preparing regular reports on financial performance, membership metrics and other key indicators. Customer Care - Handle member requests, returns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. **Job Requirements** - 18 years or older. - Friendly, outgoing, and warm. - Genuine and honest. - Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]. - Technologically savvy. - Self-motivated. - Good at managing time and schedules. **Compensation**: - Earning: This is directly impacted by your performance as a Manager.
