Excavator Operator

**Duties**:

- Operate and maintain excavator equipment to perform various tasks such as digging, trenching, and grading.
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise excavation work.
- Safely maneuver the excavator in tight spaces and around obstacles.
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure its proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other team members on the construction site to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating the equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of excavator operations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy machinery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

**Salary**: $20.14-$35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
