We are currently under a new ownership, we have ambitious plans and we are seeking for a talented _**General Labourer, **_with experience in metal manufacturing, _who wants to be part of them

This is a Day Shift opportunity from 7:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs and 7:00am-3:30pm on Fridays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce parts, assemble, paint and pack products in accordance with production standards.
- Operate various pieces of equipment, machines and tools.
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to for each piece of equipment being worked on as well as all appropriate personal protective equipment and guards are in place.
- Maintain production area is clean and clear of hazards.
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada**:

- Must be able to read, write, communicate and comprehend English
- High School Diploma or post-secondary related education.
- Has 1+ years of proven experience in metal manufacturing industry.
- Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Decision making skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Well-rounded work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically demanding; requires lifting capability of up to 50 lb
- Expertise or exposure in handling Welding Robot, CNC Plasma, CNC Break Press and CNC Shear will be an asset

**Working Environment**
- Manufacturing environment on production floor with elements such as noise and dust.
- Requires the ability to exert physical effort
