Hardscape and Equipment Operator – Simcoe & Muskoka

Riverstone Contracting is looking for an experienced, self-driven Hardscape and Equipment Operator with strong skills in excavation, base preparation, grading, and concrete work. We're after someone who can run equipment with precision, work unsupervised, and deliver professional-quality results on every job.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavators, skid steers, and compactors confidently and safely
  • Perform excavation, site prep, base prep, and final grading
  • Build retaining walls, flagstone patios, steps, and concrete features
  • Form, pour, and finish concrete to specification
  • Use quick cut saws, chainsaws, and power tools efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hardscape, excavation, and grading work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Dependable, professional, and motivated to get the job done right

Work Area:

Simcoe County and Muskoka
