**Job Summary**

Queensway Mitsubishi is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a professional customer service-oriented individual who is able to problem solve and multi-task effectively, while welcoming each customers to our dealership.

**We are located at **1310 The Queensway, Toronto, ON M8Z 1S4

**Start Date**: Immediately

**Hours**

The hours will be every Monday-Thursday from 8am-3:30pm and Fridays 8am-6pm.

Covering occasional Saturdays will also be required on an as needed basis, discussed in advance.

**Job Details**
- Answering and forwarding calls to the appropriate department
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Taking cash and credit payments for the service and sales departments
- Writing sales receipts
- Compiling an excel spreadsheet of the daily transactions
- Managing the coffee station to ensure cleanliness and that supplies are always in stock
- Administrative duties as assigned by the accounting department
- Opening and Closing duties for the day
- Organizing vehicle keys for input into inventory
- Greeting customers as they walk into dealership.
- Stocking in/out new and used vehicles into CDK 180 system

**Required**
- Customer service experience and/or reception experience required.
- Previous dealership experience is an asset.
- Reliability and the ability to learn new skills and work in a fast paced environment is important.
- CDK 180 experience an asset.
