Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team
Prompton Real Estate Services Corp., Brokerage is a proud member of the Concord Pacific Group of Companies, and a full-service brokerage who work with clients locally and globally. Some duties include:
- Prepare front desk for the day with opening procedures, and follow closing procedures.
- Take incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff.
- Page sales people when we receive phone messages, mail, faxes, keys, cheques, and documents for them. Place all items received for them in their folders.
- Politely greet and assist walk-in clients and all callers.
- Prepare key acknowledgment forms for all keys coming in and out of front desk.
- Receive and send out mail/packages through courier service.
- Handle the traffic of our showing keys. Ensure all are returned by end of day.
- Book and confirm/non-confirm showing appointments, corresponding with both the unit occupants and outside realty offices.
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
**Tuesday-Wednesdays: 10:30am-7:00pm**
**Thursday-Fridays: 8:45am-5:15pm**
**Saturdays: 9:45am-5:00pm**
- Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Minimum High School Education or Equivalent
- Prior Experience in Real Estate Field is an asset
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Organization Skills & Time Management Skills
- Prior Customer Service Experience/Dealing with Customers
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$41,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
