We are currently searching for Client Services Representative (CSR) is to support the company’s clients by providing high value proposition and quality service as per individual client SLA and CBCC service standards. Maintain solid client relationships by managing questions and concerns efficiently and professionally. Confirm payments, update accounts, provide reports, obtain back up, and verify information on accounts as requested by clients or collection staff. Advise collection managers and supervisors of client directives to ensure collection agents are compliant with established procedure.

We have **permanent full**-time opportunity** and the schedule we are currently hiring for is:

- ** Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm**:

- ** Temporarily remote**

**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Manage database records and draft monthly status reports to send to clients
- Respond to client questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Assist upper management, and the members of the collections team as required daily in regards to account information
- Utilize internal resources to address client needs and ensure timelines and accuracy of work
- Evaluate problems and situations to determine their importance and urgency
- Prepare new business received from clients for the data entry clerk to enter
- assist the collectors in receiving requested information about debtors from the clients (settlement offers, backup information such as bills or invoices, bankruptcy claims etc.)

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- High school diploma (or related work experience)
- At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service and Call Centre position
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
- Collection experience is an asset
