**We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Representative with a focus on immigration services. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals with experience in sales and a passion for assisting clients through Immigration processes.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking Immigration assistance.**

**Guide clients through various immigration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.**

**Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.**

**Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system.**

**Requirements**:
**Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.**

**Knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations is a plus.**

**Fluency in English is preferred but not required.**

**Availability to work 20 hours per week on a part-time basis.**
