Our machinery design and manufacturing headquarters is currently located in Port Coquitlam. All of our equipment is manufactured right here in BC using our in-house, state-of-the-art CNC machining & fabrication shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle bookkeeping including:

- Payroll
- Monitoring & Processing of AP and AR
- Monthly reconciliation of Canadian and US bank and credit cards
- GST, PST, WCB Filing
- Assist Senior Accountant with Month end & quarterly reporting.
- Filing and organizing source documents
- Assist with coordination of employee benefits and general administration.
- Drive continuous improvement in the accounting department

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Diploma in accounting
- Proficient with Sage 50 and ADP software
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office software _(Word, Excel, etc.)_
- Benefits plan administration experience would be an asset
- Must be a team player, promoting a supportive and collaborative company culture
