Leduc, Canada Orchard Family Dental Full time

We are growing and seeking a part-time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team for TUESDAYS in Leduc. Our dental practice is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care and we are looking for a reliable and motivated team player to help us achieve our goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including taking and recording patient medical and dental histories, performing chairside procedures, and providing patient education.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines.
- Take dental impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photographs.
- Perform laboratory procedures, including pouring and trimming models and fabricating temporary crowns and bridges.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
- Work with other team members to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the practice.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Registered Dental Assistant with a valid license in Alberta.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a dental assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dental software and computer skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
