**The Opportunity**

Vivo is seeking an accomplished and disciplined Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization through a critical period of transformation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for strengthening our foundation and positioning the organization for a sustainable and purpose-driven future.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, ensuring systems run efficiently, finances are sound, and teams are aligned to purpose. Guiding Vivo toward renewed growth by fostering culture, innovation, and impact.

**What You’ll Champion**:

- Strategic Execution: Translate vision into action through clear roadmaps, aligned resources, and measurable outcomes.
- Balance our 90/10 strategic plan: 90% core operations optimization, 10% innovation and transformation.
- Operational Excellence: Embed robust planning, accountability, and performance measures across all departments.
- Strong Operational Foundation: Ensure reliable, efficient, and high-performing systems, programming, processes, and teams.
- Financial Health: Lead the organization to grow revenue from $8M to $10M+ while strengthening fiscal discipline.
- Community Leadership: Represent Vivo as a trusted, values-driven leader in wellness, inclusion, and social good.
- Leadership Alignment: Build a cohesive, accountable senior leadership team that drives results with integrity and collaboration.
- Vision & Culture: Inspire purpose, connection, and engagement across the organization.
- Innovation & Impact: Foster a culture that balances excellence with experimentation that ensures a strong foundation today while prototyping for tomorrow.

**What You Bring**:

- Graduate degree in Business, Public or Nonprofit Administration, Recreation, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 7+ years in nonprofit, municipal, recreation, or health sectors.
- Demonstrated success in organizational stabilization, operational leadership, and financial turnaround.
- Deep understanding of fiscal management, risk, compliance, and strategic execution.
- An ability to inspire confidence and foster a culture of accountability and purpose.
